Aspnet 6.0 is almost upon us. This pull request introduces basic generation capabilities. The generated code won't run until the 6.0.0 packages are published, so maybe we delay the merge until 10.11.

In general we might want to think about getting rid of the support for aspnet 2.1 and below, would simplify a lot of the code and its out of support anyway.

  You may regenerate an individual generator by passing the relevant config(s) as an argument to the script, for example ./bin/generate-samples.sh bin/configs/java*.

• File the PR against the correct branch: master (5.3.0), 6.0.x
