My first pass of a series of renames of GRASS GIS to GRASS. Since there are more than 3000 matches of "GRASS GIS", I'm limiting the scope.
I also exclude instances where "GRASS GIS" is historically accurate, like when talking about GRASS GIS 4, GRASS GIS 6, etc..
Also excluding the titles in citations, the actual shortcut names of the OSGeo4W installer (as tricky: it is removing a file on install/uninstall, so it needs to be done right, so addressing later). Ignores the citing/citation files, as unsure for now.
