[Bug] prompt in tcsh shell not updated after change of mapset #655

Describe the bug
In tcsh shell the prompt does not update when mapset is changed:
GRASS GIS 7.9.dev >
Mapset <dem> in Location <albers>
GRASS GIS 7.9.dev > g.mapset boundaries
Mapset switched. Your shell continues to use the history for the old mapset
You can switch the history by commands:
history -S; history -L
..../grassdata/albers/boundaries/.history; setenv
histfile=.../grassdata/albers/boundaries/.history
Mapset <dem> in Location <albers>
