Describe the bug

On Windows, it is impossible to create a config file with g.gui.rlisetup (create configuration file for r.li.modules) : I can't set the file name in the dialog

To Reproduce

run g.gui.rlisetup

Try to type something in "Name for new configuration file" : it does not work. And 'Next' button stay disabled.

Expected behavior

We should be able to set the filename and click on next to create the configuration file. It works on Linux , but not on Windows.

System description (please complete the following information):

• Operating System: Windows 10
• GRASS GIS version 7.8 (same problem with GRASS GIS 8.0)
