We could allow anybody to make the Multi-Window GUI. Each AuiNotebook Map Display tab could include a special button at the top part. This button could enable to "Undock" a tab to an independent frame. On the other side, the created frame could have a special button "Dock" which inserts a frame back to an AuiNotebook.

Thanks to @petrasovaa for this great idea and some suggestions for implementation :-)
