Many times, it can be very challenging for first-time users to select a correct projection when they try to create a new GRASS location.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create a nice map-based UI that allows the user to pick a study location from the world map and lists all available/possible projections for that location. Then, let them create a new GRASS location based on that information. Basically, it helps shorten/filter the list of available projections automatically and, more importantly, visually for beginners and even advanced users. It would be even more useful if we can give them hints about which projection is used by which agencies and which major data products.
