Update the application to ask users if they want to assess "other impact of operations" from the account settings screens. This will show or hide different areas of the application:

• Update loading screens
• Hide tab in overviews
• Hide reports
• Default columns off in meter data
• Hide sections of meter data by default
• Remove sustainability questions 2, 3, 4. They are not being used anywhere.
• Hide custom database items tab that are not custom fuels
