QUESTION: Do we change radio button to dropdown, just have AR5 & AR6 (still radio), or have 4, 5, 6 as radio options?

Update for AR4 & AR5:
Add "Methane non-fossil" to list for process & fugitive gases, with AR4 = 25, AR5 = 28

Update for AR5:
Methane = 30 (for all the CO2 + Methane + N2O calculations)

AR6 Numbers: (and check AR5 numbers)
CO2 = 1
Methane = 29.8
Nitrous oxide = 38
