If a user creates an analysis for 2025 and predictor data only runs to 2023, the system currently just uses 0 for the predictor data values and doesn't flag the analysis as invalid. We need to have a warning that shows the analysis is invalid. Savings can be calculated and appear valid. This may work best as validation on results vs on input.
