Should they be able to switch easily?

• Can they set company and facility differently? (should the settings have to match between them like BL year?)
• Can they switch on dashboard and reports (like site/source)?

For Fuels:
Multipliers for methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O) goes from static x25 and x298 to a variables

For Electricity:
Right now - I have amended the files to have two columns, one for AR4 and one for AR5. For custom regions - how do we want to handle this? would it be better to have 4 columns (location CO2, residual CO2, location CH4, location N2O) and calculate the CO2e ? might be cleaner and more transparent...
