Creating issues for each type of data quality report. We will start with meter data with this issue and create other issues for the others.

For Meter Data Quality Report content:
Add section with this content for Energy Use and Cost (skip cost if not tracked)

• Timeseries plot of the data
• Table with min, max (possibly other useful statistics like standard deviation, average?)
• Add histogram of a distribution of the data. Start with a 10 bins until kristina can comment

Need way to identify any missing data, or anomalies in the readings like (+3 std devs outside the average).
