This PR changes the init behavior of the
characterization-resultscomponent by responding to changes in thegenerationIdparam by loading the design, and updates to the filtering will refresh the results data. Loading the new design will also reset the filter options, which will trigger a refresh of the data.Before this change, it appeared the design and dataload was being called twice. This way is a bit easier to follow and I think works more efficiently.
