Only moderator can delete IR generation results. If another role tries to delete it, the backend returns 403 Forbidden, but UI not displaying it.

Steps to reproduce behavior

1. Create or open Incidence Rate. Open Generation tab. Generate results.
2. Make sure current role is not Moderator. Try to delete generation result.
