Expected behavior

After saving a new PLP or PLE the user can grant access to other users for this object

Actual behavior

There is no button Configure access

Steps to reproduce behavior

1. Login as user with a human readable name which differs from the login (e.g. Tatiana Temnikova is a name, [email protected] is a login)
2. Go to Estimation / Prediction
3. Create a new one
4. Change the name
5. Save
