Expected behavior

When selecting a censoring event of the type "visit" in the cohort exit section, a visit entry is created and its criteria can be specified.

Actual behavior

When selecting visit, a specimen entry is created instead.

Create cohort, create some entry criteria, add a censoring event for visit to the cohort exit section, behold a specimen entry being created.
