Expected behavior

Changing the threshold in characterization results to be something other than 1% yields a report with only the results with that threshold.

Actual behavior

Changing to say, 55% doesn't do anything. It looks like the client side JS isn't passing along the right newThresholdValuePct value:

Steps to reproduce behavior

Create characterization and run it, go to results and try changing the threshold.
