Select all checkbox doesn't work properly with filters

### Expected behavior

All concepts are selected according to the required filter

### Actual behavior

Redirect to the page where all concepts that were found are selected

### Steps to reproduce behavior

1. Open Atlas
2. Go to the Search -> Search for "aspirin"
3. Select any filter (example: "Standard")
4. Select all concepts by clicking on the checkbox
