Looking at the release times for 5.0.3 and 6.0.0 on npmjs.com and the related commits, currently the only change we roll back is actions/toolkit#2266.
While I didn't test it, I'd say we should merge this soon as all recent CI jobs are red.
In the future, can we use a lock file for actions or pin every dependency similarly to this?
