Stacer has been abandoned upstream for over 2 years and is currently broken due to CMake4 issues #445447. I don't think there is much point behind trying to fix this package to make it work for it to just become riddled with vulnerabilities overtime due to old dependencies and it's own code just to lead to this same outcome.
