stdenv/native was broken and the nativeXXX flags for binutils and cc-wrapper caused infinite recursion when using spliced packages as the default in all-packages.nix.

One requirement here already is the drop of
stdenv/native, which causes even more infrec.It will still cause Eval failure in CI, I believe.
