Updated scipopt-gcg, scipopt-scip and scipopt-papilo, fixing cmake4 errors and test errors from previous versions. All tests complete successfully without a patch now.

scipopt-{soplex, ug, zimpl} update scipVersion to reflect the current version of scipopt-scip.

@SuperSandro2000 Great observation, while almost all of them only use the scipVersion for meta changelog and reference, scipopt-ug does fetch its source from scipoptsuite, and that used scipVersion. Weirdly, it did not fail before.

I went through all the hashes to double check and applied the one for scipopt-ug that changed. Thank you!
