I am inclined to drop this. The true upstream repository appears to be here. It has a suitable CMakeLists. However, it has been archived and the last commit was in 2023. Other mainstream upstream package managers do not seem to include it any more:
KDE Plasma (v5.11 for Wayland and v5.17 for X11) introduced what this package does natively with the Night Color feature around 2019 link. |
