This fixes inkscape build for me on aarch64-darwin

Things done

  • Built on platform:
    • no rebuild x86_64-linux
    • no rebuild aarch64-linux
    • x86_64-darwin
    • aarch64-darwin
  • Tested, as applicable:
  • Ran nixpkgs-review on this PR. See nixpkgs-review usage.

PR #428303 was another way to fix inkscape and most of other things, but some like libxkbcommon were left for this PR to fix.
