GitHub Actions eval still doesn’t check every channel‐blocking eval issue #393430

cf. #392832 (comment). We really need an eval action that will reliably tell when a PR will block the channel because of eval reasons. IIRC there were parts of pkgs/top-level/nixpkgs-basic-release-checks.nix that aren’t implemented still too.
ofborg built the tarball job in the past; @dasJ do you know why it stopped doing so? Ah, it’s because it was only doing eval. But it seems like GHA doesn’t try to eval it at all.
