Describe the bug
Vortex shows "unresolved file conflicts" with multiple mods, even though there are none. All the rules have been managed and no files were changed, it just happned once updated to version 1.16.4. The game cannot be launched due to this bug.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- It just shows up upon bootup and never leaves.
Expected behavior
The mod load order has always been fine, since it was months since I've installed a new mod.

I have tried rolling back the version, it didn't work.
