Collections that are not mine are appearing as suggestions to be installed in the Workshop section #20257

When I open Workshop in the collections there are collections that are not mine and buttons to install them, I don't want that and that does not make any sense.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'Collections'
- Click on 'Workshop'
- See error
To have only collections I own/created, as before
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
