Describe the bug
Deleting a theme fails and logs an exception

To Reproduce

1. Clone the default theme
2. Click Remove and confirm removal
3. Expand the theme choices
4. The delete theme will still be present, and the log will have an exception

Expected behavior
The theme's folder should be deleted

Platform (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• Vortex 1.16.0-beta.3

Additional context
This has been an issue for quite a while, so it's not specific to the beta.
