Describe the bug
The mod "Gas Trap Performance Fix" fails to install in the Essential Foundation collection for Fallout New Vegas.

Gas Trap Performance Fix is not set as file replication, a binary patch, a bundled asset, or any other special parameter. Gas Trap Performance Fix is simply set as Optional with no other configurations. When I attempt to download my collection on the Beta version of Vortex, the mod fails to install no matter what I do. I have attempted to remove the mod and other mods in the collection to resume the collection, but it still fails to install. I have also attempted to go to the Collections tab -> Added collections -> Essential Foundation -> View -> Mods and I manually click "Install" on the Gas Trap Performance Fix mod, but the mod will only download and will fail to install.

I'm not sure what is preventing this mod to download, but I assume it has something to do with the mod being set as optional, though all of the other optional mods successfully install.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be on version 1.16.0-BETA.3 of Vortex.
2. Attempt to download the Essential Foundation collection for Fallout New Vegas.
3. Gas Trap Performance Fix should fail to install.

Expected behavior
All required mods should download and install, then when prompted the user should be presenting with view optional mods or install optional mods. When the user clicks Install optional mods (and clicks to do it for all remaining instructions), then all optional mods should automatically download and install.
