Describe the bug
Encountered a Critical TypeError Crash when resuming the installation of my collection of previous version.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I can't upload my collection update because Vortex keeps telling me my previous version is not fully installed. Then I resumed my installation of my previous version and this crash occurred.

Additional context
Previously I couldn't update my collection due to dependencies on 1.16 ALPHA either.
