Describe the bug
I'm on the latest beta version of Vortex (v1.16.0-alpha.5) and I'm trying to download all of my Fallout New Vegas collections to test the alpha. I have multiple Vortex profiles - one profile for each collection - and I noticed that as I'm installing all of my collections, I am not being prompted with "Replace" or "Install as Variant" for any mods; there are many various mods in my collections that use different FOMOD installation options and binary patches. This is a major issue because each collection requires different sorts of patches and things for many various mods. The other Vortex profiles will completely break.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Be on v1.16.0-alpha.5 of Vortex.
- Attempt to download my my Fallout New Vegas collections on different Vortex profiles without removing the mods.
- Any duplicate mods that would require different binary patches or installation options will automatically be replaced. Install as variant is not prompted at all.
(For some more context, some examples of mods which should prompt "Replace" or "Install as Variant" are: Better Trap Disarm, Extended Roombounds, Quality of Life ESPLess (QOL) - INI, Iron Sights Aligned, Functional Post Game Ending, A Music Addition Revised and many others.)
Expected behavior
When the end-user already has certain mods installed with different FOMOD installation options or binary patches, then installing a collection should prompt the user if he wants to "Replace" or "Install as Variant" for those mods.
Platform (please complete the following information):
