Describe the bug
I'm on the latest beta version of Vortex (v1.16.0-alpha.5) and I'm trying to download my New New Vegas Non-Premium collection to test the alpha. I can't pinpoint what's going wrong, but the alpha seems to really struggle with downloading bundled mods in a collection and applying the correct mod overwrites. It seems like all of my bundled mods in my collection are not applying any overwrites.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be on v1.16.0-alpha.5 of Vortex.
2. Attempt to download my New New Vegas Non-Premium](https://www.nexusmods.com/games/newvegas/collections/vuadnp) collection.

Expected behavior
The bundled mods should automatically apply the correct mod overwrites because the overwrites are already applied and solved on the curator upload.
