Describe the bug
In the latest Alpha version of Vortex, downloading a collection with a preconfigured mod to be set as "Engine Injector" will not be applied for the end-user when downloading the collection.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be on the latest alpha version of Vortex.
2. Download a collection which has preconfigured mods set as Engine Injector (such as my Essential Foundation collection which preconfigures the 4GB Patcher to be set as an Engine Injector)
3. Look at the 4GB Patcher mod type. It will not be set as an Engine Injector despite that I have uploaded it as such.

Expected behavior
The 4GB Patcher should automatically be changed to an Engine Injector for the end-user.
