We need to be able to filter adult content based on user preferences and/or age verification.

I've already added to node-nexus-api Nexus-Mods/node-nexus-api#29

We need to further investigate what permission/preferences we have access to on the user account.

#18780 will turn off the Add Collection button on a tile if we head down that direction no longer needed

What we need

• Adult collection tiles are shown on the browse page (matches website)
• When the user clicks 'Add collection' button, the preferences endpoint is queried.
• If adult is true, the download starts. If adult is false, a dialog is shown directing the user to the preferences page on the site. If they enable adult content, and they need to verify, the site takes care of this as normal
