Spike the complexity of being able to browse and download collections within Vortex.

Key must haves:

• Use the api
• Native rendering, no iframes/browsers
• Need to be able to search and sort
• UI needs to use Tailwind
• UI components to match the web as close as possible

Data:

• We'd need to raise the collection_download_started event (currently this is being raised via the site)
• How do we track if this is a popular feature?
