Describe the bug
When I download a mod, there's usually a window that pops up letting you know if you've already downloaded the mod, and ask if you want to continue. Now there isn't and it just downloads it anyways, so now I get copies.

To Reproduce
Re-download a mod you already have. And nothing will pop-up letting you know you already have it.

Expected behavior
A window that pops up letting you know if you've already downloaded the mod, and ask if you want to continue.

Additional context
I'm sure this isn't a bug, but a removed feature, so please add it back, as I'm trying to manually update all my mods.
