My name is Nathan, I’m based in Chapecó, SC (Brazil), and I consider myself a developer driven by constant curiosity, learning, and growth. I’ve been working in software development since 2010, and after internships and smaller experiences, I had my first solid professional role in 2013.
Throughout this journey, I’ve gained experience across a wide range of technologies, including mobile, game development, web, and since 2023, artificial intelligence. Since the beginning, I’ve been continuously evolving alongside technology, embracing its increasingly vast and challenging nature.
At the moment, I’m looking for new challenges that can bring a renewed sense of purpose and direction to my professional life.
To me, technology is a constant evolution. For a long time, I hesitated to think bigger, take risks, and build something more ambitious. Over time, experience has shown me that the role of a developer is no longer what it used to be. It’s no longer just about metrics, features, applications, or automation. It’s about refining information, structuring systems, and transforming raw data into meaningful knowledge. More than writing code, I see development as the process of designing clarity in increasingly complex systems.

I have been working in the AI field since 2023, planning, structuring, and developing solutions using LLMs and their surrounding ecosystem, including tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents.

Prior to that, I worked extensively with “traditional” software development, building systems such as CRMs and ERPs.

I also have experience as a private instructor, where I’ve taught and mentored individuals ranging from complete beginners to those actively seeking opportunities in the development field. Although this activity is currently on hold, I’m highly motivated to return to teaching, as I found great fulfillment in helping others enter the tech industry.

I’ve had experience providing independent consulting services for companies, where I helped organize and improve ongoing projects that needed better planning, clearer technical direction, and stronger architectural decisions, especially regarding databases, backend, and frontend.
