Issue overview

OA methods specified in the Controller:MechanicalVentilation can not be applied to terminal units directly. This can be achieved by using DesignSpecification:OutdoorAir object. However, the OA methods are limited in DesignSpecification:OutdoorAir. Several choices will be added.
