I am a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) and Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) at King Hamad University Hospital (Bahrain Oncology Center) with a passion for translational bioinformatics and pharmacogenomics.

💡 My mission: to harness statistical programming, pharmacogenomics, and data science to personalize cancer treatment, improve efficacy, and minimize toxicity.

🔗 A Python-based arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis tool for interpreting acid–base disorders.
Calculates anion gap, corrected gap, delta–delta, base deficit, and evaluates compensation (acute vs chronic).
Useful for clinical decision support, medical education, and research.

🎮 A gamified R Shiny app for simulating CHOP chemotherapy dose personalization in NHL.
Users adjust doses → PET-CT dynamics update → balance efficacy vs. toxicity.

📷 A Shiny app for precise tumor localization & measurement on medical images.
Computes tumor dimensions + angles relative to mediastinum to assist clinical decisions.

🔗 An R-based haplotype phasing tool using the EM algorithm.
