Please provide a clear description of problem this feature solves

Currently the README.md instructs the user to manually install lxml.

Describe your ideal solution

This should be a versioned dependency inside of a pyproject.toml file. Most other examples are installable packages so this would make the example fit in better. This would also explicitly declare a known compatible version of lxml.
