There's no reason to keep updating the file here since it lives in spack. This removes our copy of the spack file, but it is still in https://github.com/spack/spack-packages/tree/develop/repos/spack_repo/builtin/packages/musica
Either way, I've added a PR to include v0.13.0 in spack here
