Expose the CARMA_AddCoagulation() function through the Python API.

• Users should be able to use the CARMA_AddGrowth() function from Python add growth in an existing group in a carma_type object.

• Pass optional arguments as dictionary entries and use allocatable variables to enable optional arguments to the Fortran function
