#418 added a build of carma

Expand the interface of CARMA to get output

Acceptance criteria

• a run function is added which returns some output data
  • the data doesn't need to be labeled or formatted
  • the input data doesn't need to be modifiable yet

Ideas

• Take any one of the tests Ilaria authored and create a driver that accepts the (probably unmodifiable) inputs (from Ilaria's glade)
