MUSICA's documentation needs to be completed/updated with Python API examples.

Acceptance criteria:

• update each "Getting started", "User guide", "API reference" and "Contributors guide" with appropriate section headings
• removes outdated examples
• creates separate pages for Fortran/C++ examples vs Python examples
