Three tutorials are moved from Music-box to MUSICA, but some revisions are needed for clarification:

• Section 7 in https://github.com/NCAR/musica/blob/main/tutorial/2.%20hypercube.ipynb is now moved to a new tutorial and should be deleted here.

• Kyle clarifies what user defined reaction type is and why it is useful for research (Add 4th Tutorial Page for Multiple Grid Cells and Latin Hypercube Sampling music-box#354 (comment)). I think it will be helpful to include those contents at the top of this tutorial (https://github.com/NCAR/musica/blob/main/tutorial/3.%20user_defined_reactions.ipynb).
