Given the regressions recently should this have a repro and a test. Have BSS and WASM been tested? Sometimes small changes can have undesired consequences. Since this is a base class it affects a lot of components. Can we have a description of the problem and how it was reproduced in the text of the PR. At the moment theres no documentation at all. |

Actually reproducing the issue is very hard, because it occurs on rare condition. I catch a certain one but can't reproduce here also. In MudComboBox, i had wrong value result at the end when i use SetValueAsync(true). Value change called 3 times and return to null at the end. But if i use SetValueAsync(false) and set the text individually after changing value, it is working. So i tried to change the order which did in this PR and it worked perfectly again. We know the reproducing logic, it occurs when we create a custom component and call I think the main question is: "Why we call |

Yeah, race conditions can't be tested, especially not on our ci server which is so slow that they probably won't occur anyway. @mikes-gh The test suite is still passing so I don't see any reason not to change it. Any more objections? |
