Describe the bug

Using the Windows desktop app (Installer.windows.msi), the report generated shows null instead of a version number.

Steps/Code to Reproduce

• Install the validator using Installer.windows.msi
• Select a GTFS file and validate
• View the resulting report.

Expected Results

The text should show the version of the validator, which is 4.2.0, the same as the online validator:
