| Targeted message operations can return `400 Bad argument` when the payload is invalid. On create, this error usually means the recipient is missing. Call `WithRecipient(account, isTargeted: true)` with a valid Account object. The same requirement applies to the `Send TM` API. | ||

|
||
| # [HTTP](#tab/api) | ||
| `400 Bad argument` can also occur when recipient data is included where it shouldn't be. Don't pass a recipient on update or delete, and don't include it in the `Edit TM` API payload. |

Not critical: I would recommend a table in the next version. Any reason for a verbose description over a table?

A few things:
- Error tables typically aren't a good fit for developer documentation; they work well in reference. Our reference story around Teams SDK isn't great right now but it'll improve and will start to include that kind of stuff.
- This could be shorter (still prose, but just a few sentences covering the most essential and potentially confusing stuff). Long term much of this info could be relocated to a more general error handling/troubleshooting article. A lot of this is general error/troubleshooting information, not specific to TM.

one nit on TMs not being supported in 1-1 bot chats both from user to bot and bot to user. (also mean slash is not supported 1-1 bot chat).
