How to debug using the experimental debugger

0. (Optional) Install a potentially newer version of PTVSD 4: either pip install ptvsd --pre or pip install git+https://github.com/microsoft/ptvsd
1. Select the appropriate "experimental" debugger configuration
   
2. Debug like normal (realizing not all debugger features are implemented yet)
