Repros more often when there are more symbols that match text. Usually occurs with things like struct/class/#if/#ifdef which don't have any other symbols at the end of the line. It doesn't repro with Visual Studio. The bug has existed for a long time (not sure why more users haven't complained about it).

The workaround is to use Esc to dismiss the completion popup or use Undo after hitting Enter.
