This is a simple fix and I will add it to 4.5 for immediate resolution.

All samples using the CDN currently point to https://cdn.botframework.com/botframework-webchat/master/webchat.js, but this package is no longer being updated.

All links should point to https://cdn.botframework.com/botframework-webchat/latest
